Zelle Instructions
1 - Access / Download Zelle
Some Banking Institutions offer Zelle as part of their Mobile Banking Application. If you already have Zelle as part of your banking app, you can move forward .
Otherwise, you will need to first download the app from the App Store (for iPhone users) or Google Play Store (for Android users). Once the app is downloaded, open it and create an account using your email address or mobile number. You will then need to verify your email address or mobile number through a code sent to you via text or email. Once you have verified your account, you can link your bank account to the app and start using Zelle to send and receive money.
2 - Transfer Funds
Once you are enrolled in Zelle, you can transfer funds by sending it directly to this email address:
ACCOUNTING@REALTY20.com
For the Memo, please use the following:
“ADDRESS – AGENT’S NAME”
3 - Confirming the Recipient
Since we are already enrolled in Zelle, the funds will go directly to our Escrow account. If you are asked to confirm the entity, please use:

4 - Send Confirmation
To avoid any crediting issues, please send a screenshot of confirmation to your agent so they can confirm with our accounting department.
